Prof. Tiehua Ma

North University of China

Brief Introduction: Professor Ma Tiehua holds a Ph.D. and is a Second-Class Professor and Doctoral Supervisor. He serves as the Chairperson of the China Democratic League Zhongbei University General Branch and as the Deputy Director (Legal Representative) of the Shanxi Laboratory for High-Speed Flying Train. Furthermore, he is a member of the Shanxi Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and a Provincial Model Worker.

Professor Ma is an expert receiving the State Council Special Government Allowance. He has been recognized with several prestigious provincial honors, including Academic Technology Leader of Shanxi Province, "Sanjin Yingcai" (Top Talents of Shanxi), Leading Talent in Shanxi's Emerging Industry (Coalbed Methane), and was appointed as a Class C High-Level Talent in Shanxi Province in 2024.

His distinguished research track record includes leading 9 national-level projects, such as those from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and 38 major scientific and technological projects at the provincial and ministerial levels. His work has been honored with 2 First-class Prizes and 7 Second-class Prizes for Scientific and Technological Progress at the provincial/ministerial level. In education, he has received 1 Special-class Prize, 1 First-class Prize, and 1 Second-class Prize for Provincial Teaching Achievements.

Prof. Hui Cai

China Jiliang University

Brief Introduction: Current positions include: Vice Dean of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at China Jiliang University, Deputy Director of the Electrical Measurement Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial Power Society, and Council Member of the Zhejiang Power Supply Society. Previously served as the Head of the Electrical Engineering and Automation Program for eight years, during which the program was approved as a National First-Class Undergraduate Program and passed the Ministry of Education's Engineering Education Accreditation. Has received 17 honors at or above the university level, including two provincial-level honors. Led the completion of one National Natural Science Foundation project, one Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation project, one Zhejiang Public Welfare Technology Research Plan industrial project, and one Department of Education project. Also led the completion of 15 enterprise-commissioned projects. Has published a total of 70 papers, including 17 papers indexed in SCI, EI, or published in first-tier journals (four of which are in Q1 SCI journals), and has been granted 10 invention patents.

Prof. Guoneng Li

Zhejiang University of Science and Technology

Brief Introduction: Professor Li Guoneng serves as the Dean of the School of Intelligent Manufacturing and Energy Engineering at Zhejiang University of Science and Technology. He has been selected as one of the first group of leading talents in Zhejiang Province's higher education institutions, a recipient of the Zhejiang Province New Century 151 Talent Program, and an academic discipline leader in Zhejiang Province's universities. Additionally, he holds the positions of Standing Committee Member of the Environment and Thermal Energy Utilization Committee of the Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences, Standing Council Member of the Zhejiang Energy Research Association, Youth Editorial Board Member of Energy Environmental Protection, Youth Editorial Board Member of Energy Engineering, and Guest Editor of Aerospace Science and Technology.

Prof. Yongqiu Zheng

Brief Introduction: Professor Zheng Yongqiu, a doctoral supervisor, serves as the Associate Dean of the Graduate School at North University of China. He is a recipient of the National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars and has been recognized as an Outstanding Young Talent in Shanxi Province. Additionally, he holds several positions, including Council Member of the Shanxi Society of Optics, Young Academic Leader at North University of China, Youth Editorial Board Member of the journal Infrared and Laser Engineering, and Member of the 7th China Young Scientists and Technologists Association. His primary research focuses on optical MEMS sensor devices and testing technologies, as well as micro-energy devices and system integration.
